Time-Warp Herald. Registered Jan 1960. This must be one of the earliest Heralds still in existence, and a one owner car to boot. The exterior is presentable, although by no means concours - see detailed photos for condition. The interior is lovely and original and the back seats appear never sat in. It is in fine fettle mechanically for a 44 year old vehicle and drives nicley. The car has the most complete history of any I have come across with every single invoice (including petrol!) ever spent on the car. History file also includes original advertising brochure, bill of sale, colour and trim options correspondence from the factory, handbook (all stamped of course). The file is 5" thick. Mileage 102880. The car displays many early features that I have rarely seen before (letter tray, fibreboard dash, grey switchgear, one piece bumperless valences, 2-tone upholstery on veranda seats etc). Lovely period piece, has been maintained by us for the last 13 years. Sadly for sale as elderly owner retired from driving. Long MoT, tax exempt £2300 (including valuable registration) Please note that the hub caps have now come back from the re-chromers and have been fitted since these photos were taken. I have been made some tempting offers for the registration plate alone but I would like it to stay with the car if possible.
